Our mission is to combine agricultural tradition with the most advanced technologies to offer excellent products. We cultivate with respect for biodiversity and sustainability, utilizing the volcanic soil of Etna to obtain crops rich in nutritional properties.
Our Story:
Roots and passion at the foot of Etna
The Rapisarda Monica Farm, a family-run business, is located at the foot of Mount Etna, in contrada Malvizzaro Paternò (CT).
Founded on the experience of Papà Biagio, who has been working in the agricultural sector for over 40 years, our company has become a point of reference in the local landscape.
Since 2001, we have been cultivating with dedication and love, managing 15 hectares of land, of which 50,000 square meters are dedicated to the production of soilless tomatoes in greenhouses, and another 7 hectares in conferment. All crops are followed with a strict company protocol, cultivating the land with the respect and sustainability necessary to guarantee products of the highest quality.

For years we have set new goals thanks to which we have established ourselves in the large-scale retail sector. We have expanded our customer network and designed a new greenhouse laboratory to improve our production.
